Maintenance Clerk
OVERALL JOB PURPOSE: Provide administrative and clerical support to the Maintenance Department at the Underground Mine and the Prep Plant.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Ellipse system input for the maintenance and plant departments.
- Maintain preventive maintenance schedules for maintenance and plant.
- Maintaining employee training records for maintenance and plant departments.
- Provide clerical support (typing, filing, copying, etc.) for Maintenance Manager, Superintendents, and supervisors.
- Other duties and projects, as assigned.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Superior data entry and Excel spreadsheet skills
- Excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills
- Must have demonstrated ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks,
- Demonstrated administrative, clerical, and Ellipse proficiency.
- Willingness to work as a part of a team with behavior that supports this effort.
